Things have been moving forward. And shifted in some regards. The original schedule was challenging to begin with.
Great things happened. And obstacles appeared. And some decisions have still to be made. With that…
Accomplishments
The first three sections – Morgenstern, Morgensonne and Mittagssonne – have completed tracking (this already happened (closing with Mittagssone back in March).

Needless to say, all the fancy composing and requirements engineering has been done long ago.
Going forward
We’re still looking to confirm a date for Abendsonne (potentially late in June – after all, we’re looking at a busy ensemble, especially with Leigh’s availability being an issue).
And it’s not that much different for Abendstern – Johannes is aiming to find a date at St. Michael in the second half of September.
Let’s hope we can confirm those soon!
Open questions
- Will there be a physical release (most probably: yes)?
- And if so: CD, single vinyl or (gasp!) double vinyl?
