It’s already almost two weeks since I returned from the Kreativurlaub. Since then, I put my new album project on its rails, built a new pedalboard, played with a new drummachine, and failed to make progress with the current album. Also, my coffee machine is broken.
I’m looking back at two weeks of music-making, two weeks of The Atlantic, two weeks of great food and drinks. And two weeks of cats.
At least up to this point in time, today qualifies for the „best days of my life“ subset of the set of days in my life.
I don’t even know why.
This „Day Eight“ (in the way we count that creative retreat) was nothing short of mindblowing. Things got done, problems turned into opportunities, and great fun was had by all members of the set of one. But let me explain…
The Creative Retreat is happening! And it’s going well, I believe. Because: Solarpunk.
A lot is happening.
And there is No Critical Path.
